SAFE is a non-profit organization that administer all forms of Special Needs Trusts and Pooled Trusts.

The SAFE Trust exists in order to assist people with disabilities retain the benefit of their income and resources while financially qualifying for Public Assistance Programs such as Medicaid and Supplemental Security Income (SSI).

Our experienced and caring trust administrators and advisers are able to provide the leading Special Needs Trust and Pooled Trust services in the country. Our entire purpose is to ensure FINANCIAL SAFETY AND WELL-BEING FOR THE DISABLED.
